To ensure the smooth operation of our services, all bookings are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. All Sales Are Final<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All bookings made with NyasaSafaris are <strong>non-refundable and non-transferable<\/strong>. Once payment is made, it is considered final. Refunds will <strong>not<\/strong> be issued under any of the following circumstances:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellations initiated by the client<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No-shows<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delayed arrivals or early departures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Missed flights or transportation connections<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal issues (e.g., illness, family emergencies, or travel document issues)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Deposit &amp; Payment Terms<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>30% non-refundable deposit<\/strong> is required to confirm all bookings unless full payment is made online at the time of reservation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The remaining <strong>70% balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the scheduled safari departure date<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to pay the remaining balance on time will result in <strong>automatic cancellation<\/strong> of the booking without refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Date Changes &amp; Modifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>No changes<\/strong> are allowed within 30 days of the scheduled safari date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Changes requested <strong>more than 30 days<\/strong> before departure may be considered on a <strong>case-by-case basis<\/strong>, subject to:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Availability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An administrative fee of <strong>USD $150<\/strong> or <strong>equivalent in MWK<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-refundable status if later cancelled<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>NyasaSafaris is not liable for cancellations or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Natural disasters (e.g., floods, storms)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Political unrest or border closures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Government-imposed restrictions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Airline disruptions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Public health emergencies or pandemics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In such events, <strong>refunds will not be issued<\/strong>. However, at our discretion, we may offer a <strong>credit voucher valid for up to 6 months<\/strong>, subject to rebooking fees and availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Third-Party Provider Costs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Any payments made to third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, parks, transport companies) are <strong>strictly non-refundable<\/strong>, even in the event of trip cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Refund Requests (Exception-Based)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds will <strong>only<\/strong> be considered in cases of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Duplicate payments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verified transaction errors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To qualify, clients must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Submit a <strong>written refund request within 48 hours<\/strong> of the transaction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide supporting documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allow up to <strong>30 days<\/strong> for processing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that <strong>banking and transaction fees are non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Policy Acknowledgement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>By making a payment to NyasaSafaris, you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Confirm that you have <strong>read, understood, and agreed<\/strong> to this Refund and Returns Policy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Waive the right to dispute charges<\/strong> through your bank or card issuer except as stated above<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agree to resolve any concerns with NyasaSafaris directly and in good faith<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
