By booking with us, using our services, or making any payment, you agree to comply with these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Booking &amp; Payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>30% non-refundable deposit<\/strong> is required to confirm all bookings unless full payment is made online.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days<\/strong> before the scheduled departure date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to pay the full balance on time may lead to <strong>automatic cancellation<\/strong> of the booking with no refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. What\u2019s Included in Your Safari<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Unless otherwise specified, our safari packages typically include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accommodation as detailed in your itinerary<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>National park and wildlife reserve entry fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All ground transportation during the safari<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Services of professional and certified guides<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meals and drinks as stated in your booking confirmation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. What\u2019s Not Included<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The following are not included unless clearly specified:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>International or domestic airfares<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visa application fees or border charges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal travel insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gratuities, souvenirs, and other personal purchases<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optional activities not listed in the itinerary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Cancellations &amp; Booking Changes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All confirmed bookings are considered <strong>final and non-refundable<\/strong>, in line with our Refund Policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No refunds will be provided for <strong>no-shows, early departures, or missed activities<\/strong> resulting from client actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Booking changes made more than 30 days before the trip may be subject to an administrative fee of <strong>MWK 250,000 or equivalent to $150 USD<\/strong>, and are subject to availability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Force Majeure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>NyasaSafaris shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or changes arising from circumstances beyond our control, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Natural disasters (floods, cyclones, droughts, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Government regulations or political unrest<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Health crises or epidemics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Airline strikes or transport disruptions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Border closures or denied entry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In such cases, we may offer a <strong>credit voucher valid for 6 months<\/strong>, subject to availability and rebooking terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Travel Documents &amp; Insurance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It is the client\u2019s responsibility to ensure that all <strong>travel documents, visas, and vaccination certificates<\/strong> are valid and current.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We <strong>highly recommend<\/strong> purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering <strong>health emergencies, cancellations, and evacuations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Health &amp; Safety<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Guests are expected to ensure they are <strong>fit and healthy<\/strong> to participate in our safaris.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please inform us at the time of booking of <strong>any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions<\/strong>, so we can make necessary arrangements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Limitation of Liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>NyasaSafaris acts as a booking intermediary for lodges, airlines, and other third-party service providers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are <strong>not liable<\/strong> for injuries, delays, loss, or damages caused by third parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our <strong>maximum liability<\/strong> shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Guest Conduct<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest from a tour without refund if they:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Engage in <strong>disruptive, offensive, or abusive behavior<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Endanger staff, other guests, or wildlife<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Violate Malawian laws or national park regulations<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Intellectual Property<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All content on our website\u2014including <strong>logos, photos, descriptions, and designs<\/strong>\u2014is the intellectual property of NyasaSafaris and <strong>may not be used or reproduced<\/strong> without our written permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Governing Law<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms are governed by the laws of the <strong>Republic of Malawi<\/strong>. Any disputes shall fall under the <strong>jurisdiction of Malawian courts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12.
